1960s Britain

International and National news events from the 1960s, formed memories that have shaped who I am today.  Famous speeches,  The Beatles, the 1966 football World Cup and the Moon Landings continue to live with me and inform my work. Investigation into the 'swinging 60s' uncovered a darker side to life at that time which included, racism, poverty and housing consider unfit for human habitation.
